I have found you honest, trustworthy, and sincere to serve us your customers. I have used you to install a sprinkler system, rock waterfall, and flower beds. Your work has always been very good. You are good at weed control. You are fair.
My husband and I recently had a landscaping job done by Sartin Services. We have used your company for about a year for the weed control in our front yard. When we purchased the home, the house had not been lived in for about a year and the yard was nothing but weeds. Since we have had such a great experience with Sartin's up to this point, we decided to consult with the company on our landscaping project.
My husband contacted the company and got a hold of Steve, your salesman. Immediately the two met and came up with a design they thought would make the house look like a home. At this point I had no contact with Steve, nor had I seen the design the two men had come up with so I decided to take a trip to the location and see what was in the works. I was greeted quickly and with my invoice in hand, shown what the possibilities could be. Before I left, Steve had arrived and listened to the few adjustments I wanted to make color wise. He told me he thought they were good ideas and the project would start before the end of the day.
The project was not a large one and Steve told me would not take very long to complete. Unfortunately, the landscaping team, Jeremy, Eric, Luis, and Ricardo had to plow through the massive amount of build-up of water from all the recent bad weather. Not once did I ever hear them complain about what had to be done. I really cannot brag on this group of gentlemen enough. I was over their shoulder watching, from excitement, most of the second day. There were again some minor adjustments I wanted to make, and with the help of this group of gentlemen, we were able to come up with something that I felt would work a little better. The whole time, they let me know this was not a problem and whatever I wanted to do, and however long it took, they were there to make me as the customer, happy.
By the end of the day, it was hot and the day was coming to an end, Steve stopped by to make sure the job was going according to planned. Even though my job was probably not the largest or the most profitable for the company, nonetheless, did I feel as important as someone who had paid $10,000.00.
I explained to Steve to please put up some signage from your company in my front yard. We have a prime location, and no one in the neighborhood can drive by without passing our home. We are so proud of how it turned out; I brag that instead of just a house, I now have a home. Please thank everyone in your company for making this such a great experience. Your next job will be scheduled soon. FYI, I also wanted to thank Steve for all the information he gave me on how to care for the plants that were put in. As I can kill a fern quicker than anybody.
